Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure. If you want to securely sell online and accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards, your software and hosting has to be PCI compliant.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Our normal delivery time is within 5 business days after you place your order. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic the delivery time may be longer. For international orders the delivery time may take up to 2 weeks.
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
A: When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number.
Q: THE TRACKING INFO SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT.

Q: HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
A: We use a shipping chart based on the amount of your order. The shipping amount is calculated and displayed prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you can check the shipping amount for the order. NO free shipping offers for items going overseas, Alaska. or Hawaii. The free shipping does not apply to large bulk orders.
Q: DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
A: Please create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" link at the top of our During signup we will ask for your shipping address including your country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Q: HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
A: The international shipping amount is calculated and displayed prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping information. Our system will calculate your shipping charges before you have to submit your payment.
